started out a good day....

hey all,
this morning was nice. I slept in a little, and went to breakfast. Then I had the first team frisbee practice of the season. It went well for the first hour and a half. At the very end we were scrimmaging, and I jumped up to catch the frisbee, in the endzone, and three others went up with me. We all collided, and I fell down first, landing on my back, then it happened. Another guy fell and landed right on my foot which had been pointing up, until his chest smashed it sideways into the ground. I rolled my ankle again. This time seems to be worse than last spring. I had to have people drive me back to the dorm, and wrap my ankle, and now I have to use crutches to walk. my ankle currently is the size of a medium navel orange.
I hope that it will heal quickly, so that I can walk normal again. Crutches are such a pain. I have been icing it all day, and using the ace bandages to compress it all day, and taken ibuprofen all day, and obviously as minimal walking as possible. So I am hoping that those actions will help it to heal quickly. I will keep you up to date.
Thankfully all i have tomorrow is church and homework, I hope that by Monday I will be able to walk alright for classes.
Laters.
