headed to Portland.....

Hey all,
School is back in full swing, and my semester looks like it will be a good one. Last night I went to a concert here in Spokane, the headlining band was The Fray. It was a fun concert, and I got to see some friends, and catch up a little.
This afternoon at four I will be heading out of town. The school's Ultimate Frisbee Club/team is heading down to Reed College to play in a one day tournament tomorrow. We are going to Portland, Oregon, which is where the hosting college is. I will be staying with my mom tonight, at her new place in Vancouver, Washington (just a fifteen minute drive from Portland) and showing them pictures of my trip to Europe. Hopefully they will come down and watch the team and I play on Saturday. They referring to my mom, her fiancee, my sister and her boyfriend who are coming down from Olympia.
It will be my first tournament back, since I injured my ankle very early on in the fall, and could not run or play at all until December. I will have to wear an ankle brace from now on whenever I play, but that is the price I had to pay. I am pretty excited.
In case any of you are worried, the team and I will be driving back up tomorrow evening, and ready to watch the Superbowl on Suday at 3:30 pm (featuring Washington's own Seahawks). A lot of my friends are really excited, and are pretty big Seahawks fans, I don't care much for pro football, but it will be fun non the less.
If you feel like praying, pray for safe travels for the team and I, and that I don't do anything stupid while playing that will re-injure my ankle.
Peace.
