A slow day at work....

Hey all,
today is a slow day at work, slower than most. I am working up at the front desk today, but there really is nothing for me to do, so I am being paid to sit here. I guess that is better than sitting at home and not being paid.
Yesterday I got some new noise reduction headphones in the mail, and they are sweet. I put them on, and listen to my ipod, and the sound of the music is great, and I cannot hear the outside noises, so I am sure I will really appreciate them on my future plane flights.
A few of my dear friends, and Christina are all going up to Calvin Crest tomorrow, and will begin working for the summer. I will miss that atmosphere, and the fun. However good things are happening up here, and I am enjoying my time up here. Every Sunday at five a group of us are playing Ultimate frisbee, and that is always pretty fun. Otherwise though, I will spend a lot of time reading, watching movies, and riding my bike to and from work each day. And waiting for school to start up in the fall.
Friends, please pray for me, just that I would be able to find joy in this time, and in life. It has gotten better since the beggining of summer, but still needs some work. Thanks.
